Discipleship

A disciple is a student, a learner, learning from Jesus, not just about Jesus. A disciple is one who follows after Jesus, and in the process is conformed to his image and likeness.

This transformation is neither accidental nor instantaneous. It is the work of the Holy Spirit in our lives: in our prayer life, our relationships, our study, and our service. We seek to encourage each other as we learn what it means to follow after Jesus, patient with each other in the slow, and sometimes painful, process of transformation.
